Abducted school route C part. 2

Day 18


"What do you mean? I infect you with my humanity?" I asked


"Yes you did, when I was in my first mission, who was to infect the last boys I feel something that I never felt before... I felt guilt" She said looking at the ground


"So you try to say that you start having feelings"


"Yes, I start questioning myself on the orders I received"


"Like what?"


She turn her back on me, she looked at the tree and his beautiful blossoms


"I was supposed to take over your body, entirely, destroying your personality and mind" She finally said "But I couldn't... it was not right"


I stay silent for some minutes... she had the order to destroy me and use my body like her own but she decide to let me live...


"I develop... what you call it... a conscience. I realize that what I was doing was wrong. Destroying someone to take his place is not good" She said tears flowing out of her eyes "It not even human, is monstrous!"


I couldn't say a word, she literally saves my life several time and yet I never thank her... I approached her and give her a hug. She didn't resist at all.


"Calm down, I'm really grateful for what you do for me" I said trying to comfort her "You are a really good person too Violet"


"But... I'm not even human" She said still crying


"You don't need to be human to be a nice person, AI or not the fact that you do what was right prove that you are nice and the way you think on your own, that make you a person, so don't cry" I said "I even think that you are more human than your creators"


She looked at me, her eyes full of tears


"I...I don't want to hurt you, I don't want to hurt anyone"


"You don't need to Violet... you don't need to"


We stay there for almost what seem 5 minutes until I heard the sound of breaking glass


"What that?" I asked a little panicked


"The dream..."


The sky was starting to break into tiny piece of glass, rapidly the effect reach the tree.


"It is ending... well I guess we will continue to talk tomorrow night" I said looking sadly at Violet


"No need to wait for so long" she said suddenly retrieving her smile


The dream was now back to his original form a black area full of nothing. And I see myself disappear.




Day 18 (morning)


My eyes open, I was in the bedroom of the previous day where Violet go to sleep. I realize that I was able to control my movements, Violet probably let me control my... or her body for now. I sat up and look at myself, no doubt, it was Violet body, yet again I will need to be a girl... I miss my own body.


I look at the bedroom and discover that it was a girl bedroom, I guess that Violet that this room on purpose last night. I look at the bed, it was a single plain enough. I get up and decide that I needed to take a shower, not that I wanted to look at Violet body, I saw it too much already. It just that it makes lot of time that I didn't wash myself and I was sure that Violet would not be mind having a clean body.


"Hey wait, you can't just take a shower like that!"


I turn myself to see if anyone was there but, no... I was the only one here.


"You really are dumb, you know?"


"Violet?" I asked, noticing that this time I could talk and heard.


"No it Santa, were you kind or naughty this year?" said Violet mentally, obviously trying to push her sarcasms to another level


"I get it... I just ask a question" I said irritated


"Stupid question equal stupid answer" she said "And stop talking, answer to my own voice freak me out" She said having fun teasing me


"You can hear me?" I try to said mentally


"No, but I'm sure if you do it again and call me mistress this time, I will"


"Go to hell!"


"I'm already in your body"


After five minutes of teasing she finally come back to the initial subject


"You still can't take a shower in MY body"


"Why not? I do it several time already in school"


"Yeah but it different now..."


"How so?"


"It...it just different, ok?"


"Fine, so what we do?"


"This"


I feel the dizziness that follow the switch of control and Violet was now on the control. She starts looking for something in the room. She finally found what she search for.... wait panties?


"Hey what will you do with those?" I asked mentally, not sure of where it was heading


"Oh you will see"


She walk out of the room and go into the bathroom, there Phoenix was... sited in the toilet bowl. She saw us and she didn't yell or anything.


"Is it Violet or Frank?" she asked a little uneasy


"Oh, it Violet" Violet answer, but the think it that I was seeing too


"We are both girls than so it alright" said Phoenix, naive like always


Violet starts undressing herself when Phoenix done with the toilet approached us.


"We are sorry for yesterday, we didn't want to hurt you. Your cooking was excellent" she said


That didn't really surprised me from her even before the changes she always excuse herself when she realized how wrong she acted. I was happy to see those thing don't change. She suddenly starts to undress too. Violet, aware of me seeing everything put her hand in front of her eyes.


"What are you doing Phoenix?" asked Violet still hiding her view and by the same occasion mine.


"We are both girls so it alright to take the shower together, right?"


"I have the control of the body, but Frank still sees with my eyes"


The last sentence had the expected effect, Phoenix froze up and look at Violet, she immediately start to blush.


"You mean he can..." asked Phoenix, still half naked


"Yes" answer Violet


She calmly dressed back and leaves the bathroom... I felt sorry for her...


"Well that was awkward" Finally said Violet to break the silence


Right before getting naked Violet go take the pantie she get from the bedroom


"Oh yeah, why did you bring this with you?" I asked


"For this" she said, tied them in front of her eyes "Like that you can't see anything"


"Clever... but you could use something else..." I said surprised by the simplicity of her plan


"It the first thing I find..." She said


She open the water and go under it, apparently like me she liked boiling hot showers. The thing is that yes she do blind me but I still felt everything... the water, the soap.


After she finished and put her school uniform back she put away the pantie and look at herself in the mirror before drying her hair.


"Did you see anything?" she said to her reflection, like it was me


"No, I didn't, but... well I felt everything" I said a little embarrassed


I could felt her cheeks burn before she answer: "Well for that, I can't do anything"


After she was done drying and brushing her hair, she looked at herself in the mirror and smile.


"Good luck down there" She said


"What?"


I felt dizzy again and when it goes away I was back into the control. I exit the bathroom and walk down the stairs. There my friends were doing their routine, Phoenix was watching some show at the television and Jasmine and Louise were out doing so training... I'm not sure what it was exactly, but it looks like some sword training, Louise was actually yielding a real katana, Jasmine a vulgar branch... We eat up breakfast and take our leave to the downtown.


On the road no one really talked, they surely think that I was Violet right now and I didn't really want to explain my situation, especially after what happen this morning… at least not for now. So feeling a bit lonely I start talking to Violet in my head.


"So, does my plan make sense?" I asked to her mentally


"Well it do make a little sense, except that you didn't know if the city mayor was corrupted by the association" she said I could felt some worry in her voice


"Wait, you mean that she was corrupted?" I said remembering that everything could happen... after all we were 4 girls travelling together when not so long ago we were all... boys... except for Jasmine.


"I don't know, it was not in the data bank of the association"


"You have access to their data?" I immediately reply, seeing an advantage for us


"No not anymore... I had before they inject me in your body" She said


We stop talking there, me because of my disappointment, her I suppose she felt a little stupid to mention her now restricted knowledge of the enemy. Not having lot to do I look around the town, all the house seem to had been deserted, after all no one see their parents at home and no one bother asking us to leave when we take the house yesterday. I didn't like that, but the silence between me and my friend was too heavy to just break it like that.


We finally reach the entry of the downtown, it was quite busy lot of people were walking in the road, the perfect cover, in the crowd it will be impossible to noticed find us. We walk to around for a bit before realizing that we didn't knew where we were going, I never walk around downtown before always taking the bus or in a car. We decide to enter a supermarket to get some food and water, it was already 2 pm and we didn't eat after breakfast. When we were browsing I notice someone talking to the cashier... this brown haired guy remembered me of someone, when he turn around i realize who he was, it was Lynch the sniper that help us escape! I run toward him and yell his name:


"Lynch over here!" I said wanting to catch his attention


My plan works out, but a little too much. He immediately looked at me and when he recognize me or more Violet he ran out. What was he's problem? I had no time to think about it, I start running after him knowing that he was the last person to have seen Jessica. We ran for almost 5 minute before he starts to slow down, strangely I didn't felt any exhaustion, I suppose it was because of the super soldier body. He finally turn into a back alley, I follow him, bad idea. He was waiting for me and gives me an elbow hit in the face. I fell on the ground... this guy really was a trained soldier.


"Did you expect me to get killed that easily, Violet?" he said, in a defensives posture


"What are you talking about?" I asked before getting up


"Max tells me that you might activate again and now you search to eliminate me and the others, didn't you?"


"Wait that not what you think, sure it the body of Violet but I'm Frank, I control this body" I said starting to get where it was heading


"Nice try, but I can't believe you" He said charging on me


My first reflex was to wait until he get close enough and when he do I dodge his punch and kick him behind his knee making him fall on the ground. He get up and start trying to punch me again, again and again. Each time I guess what he was doing and I had no trouble dodging them all. It was a simple matter of time before he burn all his energy. He was panting and I was there staring at him.


"Are you done yet?" I asked


He look at me with the most hatred he could: "You pesky informatics program, you think you can beat a trained soldier that easily"


He pull out a handgun from his jacket. And immediately aim at me. My brain was working one hundred time faster than normal, what can I do against a handgun? I suddenly felt the dizziness telling me that Violet was taking back the control... I didn't like that.


"Ah, you don't look so powerful when a gun his aimed at you" said Lynch sure he won this fight


"I would not be sure if I was you" said Violet


She suddenly start running toward him and jump on his shoulder.


"Hey what are you doing?" asked Lynch and I strangely find myself asking the same question


"Ok, Lynch" she said comfortably installed in his shoulder "If you don't give me your weapon in the 5 next seconds I break your neck, but if you do, we could calmly talk and avoid any blood pool."


"Fine" said Lynch a little against his own will he gave the gun to Violet that disassemble it


She jump down and look at Lynch, he looked angry... no raging. I felt Violet mouth making a little smile.


"Well you can now tell that I didn't want to kill you, otherwise you will be dead right now" she said


"I guess your right... but why are you there and why did you follow me"


"It was not my idea, it was Frank one. He wants to inform the government about everything" Violet said


Lynch look at us, not sure if Violet lie or not


"So it was really him during the fight" Lynch finally asked


"Yes it was, until you pull out your gun... I had to do something"


"So what do you want?"


We walk back to the general store, Violet explain all the story to Lynch, when we reach our destination everyone were waiting, they immediately recognize Lynch.


"What are you doing here?" asked Phoenix


"We find shelter here after the guards raid Jessica house, we were lucky I know a friend who live nearby"


Strangely, I noticed that he had a slightly British accent.


"By we, you mean?" asked Violet


"Oh yeah, me and Jessica" he said


Everyone were relieved that Jessica was safe and sound, we knew at least that she wasn't in the hand of the association. Lynch invite us to his friend house thing that we accepted immediately because we were a little tired and starving. We walk to the apartment, it was relatively close by, we arrive to the door and Lynch press in the intercom button "hey Jessica it me Lynch let me enter". We heard the buzzing sound that mean that the door was now unlocked. When we walk up the stair to the last floor we saw her at the door. She looked a little shocked to see everyone.


"Huh? What did you all do here" She asked obviously happy to see everyone


"We... see each other at the general store"


"More flee each other" I said now that I was back in control of the body


"Enter, enter everyone" she said


We all enter the apartment, we were surprised by the size of it. It was bigger than my house! Two floors, a super high tech kitchen, the biggest plasma TV I seen of my life... it was not a apartment more like a mini castle.


We all sit in the living room, it was fun to see the group reunited at last... even if Rose was not with us anymore. We explain everything that happen to Lynch and Jessica, they listen to all of it, but I saw that Jessica was hurt when we reach the Rose betrayal part.... it was hard on us all actually...


"Ok I'll make you something to eat" suddenly said Jessica


I immediately heard Violet asking me in my head "Can I? Please..."


"Fine..." I mentally answer


Violet immediately gets up and asked: "Can I help you?"


Jessica look at us a little confused before guessing what was happening


"Oh, sure Violet, but before I go I need to..." she said when suddenly giving a kiss on the cheek of Lynch


My body immediately froze up... Violet was shocked too?


Jessica noticed her state and asked if everything was alright, Violet lie saying that nothing was wrong and follow Jessica to the kitchen. They cook together but at the same time Violet was talking to me.


"Did I just dream or did she kiss Lynch?" she asked


"Yes she did, thanks to make me remember this horrible memory" I have to say that seeing your former male friend kissing a boy is kind of awkward


"It not normal... something wrong with her" She said, when she was cutting salad and stealthy look at Jessica "The virus still affecting her, don't you see that her physic change a bit"


I see by her eyes that she was right... she looked younger? I do remember that she had a developed body than now.


"You think that Lynch..." I asked


"I'm not sure" she cut me "But we might want to watch our back, he knew about me and he didn't try to contact us when they find refuge here... after Jessica knew the phone number at your home, right?"


"Yes, she does..."


"Anyway the food seem healthy, let go eat is almost finished"


She was right the sandwich were ready, Violet and Jessica bring the food and everyone look delighted to finally eat something. We talk, watch TV even play some video game, things didn't change too much finally.


We go to bed around 11 pm, with the current amount of bedroom I had to share with Louise, when Phoenix share with Jasmine, we make this arrangement because me and Louise were the only two remembering that we were once male. What surprised me was that Jessica insists to sleep on the couch for tonight, it not to be means but when she was a guy she was kind of selfish. Each bedroom contains only one bed... at least it was a king size one. To avoid any awkward situation Louise and I agreed to make a pillow wall delimiting the bed... like that we had less change disrupting other.


"Louise did you noticed anything weird about Jessica today?" I asked when we go fetch some more pillows in the bedroom closet


"Did you talk about the kiss?" she asked


"Yeah and her physic didn't she look younger?"


She takes some time to think about it.


"I didn't know her for so long, but now that you mention it, she does look younger"


I tell her my assumption about Lynch but she immediately stop me and said that Lynch could be trusted. We finally reach the most complicated part... the changing. This part didn't seem to bother Louise but it was bothering me and Violet. On one side, if I was changing by myself I could see Violet naked and she didn't like that. On the other side, if Violet was changing by herself she would need to close her eyes and will not know if Louise was watching her or not... this AI was starting to be really annoying. We finally decide to go to sleep with our clothes on...




Day 19 (dream)


I was back to this dark place, Violet was there floating above me.


"Hey do you need some help?"


"Come on put me down already" she said glaring at me


"Fine, fine" I made her slowly float down


"Can you make this place more alive... too?"


"Oh, so you do like when it pretty" I said teasing her


"Shut up and do it already" she asked


I imagine the same place as yesterday, the hill reappear and we were on it except that this time...


"Hey can you put me down too?" said a mysterious voice


Violet and I look at where it was coming from, we were surprised to see a blonde girl floating in the air.


"Lillie?" asked Violet


"Wait you two know each other?" I said confused by the situation


"Hey, what are you doing with this guy you weren't supposed to take the control of the body?" she asked to Violet


"That didn't concern you, anyway how did you get here?"


She looks at us and sighed.


"I failed my mission, I underestimate my host and now I'm disconnected from her nanobots... I guess that her nanobot synchronized with the ones of your host " finally said Lillie


"Wait, nanobots? Your host? What are you talking about you two?" I asked


"Frank this is Lillie, one of the flower project AI, she is specialized in melee fights" said Violet before turn to Lillie "This is Frank, my host. We made a deal, we are actually sharing the same body"


"You made a deal with your host! That not what we were supposed to do!" she yelled at Violet


Violet look at her with her little smirk: "And it the one who fail her mission who said that"


This last sentence obviously hurt Lillie


"They never said that this kid had marine training! If I would have known, I would have been more careful" she said... no, yell at Violet


"Wait, you mean Louise? Louise was your host?" I asked her


"Yeah she was supposed to... until" she take a pause and looked at me "hey, you human"  


"Yeah, what?" I answer


"If you do a deal with Violet, why not do a deal with me?" she asked out of nowhere


"Is that even possible?" asked Violet


"Well if he agrees, I could just transfer my data into his nanobots, like that I will be in ... hum Frank is it?" said Lillie


"And why should I? How could I trust you?" I asked her


"You don't need to" said Violet "I'll make a security code letting her control you only if you really want, you will be able to take the control back anytime you want. If you think about it she migh be useful"


"I'm still there you know..." she said, a little irritated of being ignored


"So do I free her?" I asked Violet


"It would be appreciated" answer Lillie instead


"I finish the code... she not dangerous anymore, you make her come down" said Violet


I sighed and make her float down


"From now on, I'll be your arm" she said, shaking my hand with an happy smile


Why do I have the feeling that my life was starting to be more and more complicate from now on?
